1. Role - Current owner search OR Title Search:
Look for Current owner search, with application worked on NobleServe, Tapestry, Fidlar, Landex, Landshark, US Title search, Doxpop, US Land Records.
2. Role - Full Search:
Look for Full Search, with application worked on NobleServe, Tapestry, Fidlar, Landex, Landshark, US Title search, Doxpop, US Land Records.
3. Curative Process:
Knowledge ofTitle Curative Process (US Mortgage process. Specifically Vesting determination,Legal reading, Lien and Judgement research .Judgement calls on non curated documents, Attorney/ Plaintiff/ Creditor online research knowledge and calling skills.)
4. Closing Disclosure:
Knowledge on Title Closing Disclosure Review of recording fee and calculation as needed. Check for Tax certificate online.Services,Check tax calculated, review Payoff calculation.
5. Post Closing:
Knowledge on all Closing Documents, like Note, Closing Disclosure/ALTA, Signature Affidavit, Occupancy Affidavit, & Other Affidavits, Review of recording fee, Deed & Mortgage/DOT.
