- Familiarity with time-keeping systems and payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws related to time and attendance.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
