Job Description

Job Summary:

The Time Office Executive is responsible for managing the attendance and time records of employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data, and maintaining time-related records.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Assistance

  • Reporting

  • Employee Support

  • System Management

  • Compliance and Record Keeping
  • Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Time Office Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with time-keeping systems and payroll software.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws related to time and attendance.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
