TIG WELDER

The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding various metal components using the Tungsten Inert Gas welding process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:TIG Welding: Perform TIG welding on a variety of metal materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and more.Read Blueprints: Interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints to weld components according to specifications.Setup and Preparation: Set up welding equipment, select proper welding materials, and prepare the work area for welding.

Quality Control: Inspect welded parts for defects and ensure the finished products meet quality standards.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while welding.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure it operates efficiently.Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding activities and materials used.
