Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients, understanding their travel preferences and budget requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor, proactively offering travel recommendations and cost-saving solutions.Travel Management:
Utilize your knowledge of Galileo CRS (Computer Reservation System) to efficiently research, book, and manage airfare, hotels, car rentals, and cruises for corporate clients.
Secure the most competitive rates and travel arrangements based on client budgets and preferences.
Issue travel documents (e.g., airline tickets, hotel confirmations) electronically and securely.Visa Assistance:
Guide corporate clients on visa application procedures and documentation requirements for their destinations.
Assist with visa applications as needed (may vary by company policy).Travel Support Services:
Provide pre-trip briefings to clients, informing them of relevant travel advisories, destination information, and itinerary details.
Be available to address any questions or concerns clients may have during their travels.
Assist with travel changes or cancellations if needed.
Knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus CRS system
