We is an outsourced call center of Gaura Travel Ltd, ( https://gauratravel.com.au/ ) which is one of the leading Airline Ticketing agencies in Australia, with head office in Melbourne. I Fly Now, is located at Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane.

We are an airline company, where we guide passengers to book tickets online and also calibrate ticket sales phone calls of Air travel passengers, travelling from Australia to India & vice versa.

What do we do

• We assist passengers to book their Air tickets through our website.
  

• After booking the ticket, we assist passengers with their queries and ticket changes through
  
  our customer service call center & back office.
  

• We calibrate/audit the sales calls and customer service calls and score them.
  

• We continuously provide feedback to the sales agents and CS agents to improvise their service.
  
  Who do we want
  

• should be over 18 plus years old.
  

• Have basic computer knowledge.
  

• 12th pass or Graduate.
  

• Basic English communication skills
  

• Candidates located in or close by to Thane or able to reach as per shift timings
  

• The following requirements are mandatory
  
  (a) Exposure to Re-issue, Exchange and Refunds in Sabre and Amadeus
  
  (b) Experience in Sabre will be given weight age
  
  Well versed with IATA Geography
  
  (d) Good knowledge of manual fare calculation
  
  (e) Well versed with GDS fare rules
  
  (f) Ability to work under pressure
  
  (g) Good excel knowledge
  

• Immediate joining or at short time frame
