Job Responsibilities:

This role will primarily be to assist the Program Director of RQA-ERM Third Party Risk with various daily business tasks to help support the global team in providing governance over the firm's third-party risk relationships.

Duties will include, but are not limited to: ensuring assigned on-going oversight and remediation tasks are properly completed and escalated as per the Global Policy;

review business requests to procure new third party services and products during the on-boarding process.

facilitate the due diligence risk assessment process for the business and partner with various subject matter experts involved in identifying potential risks.

assist in data validation and completeness checks as part of routine program governance reporting;

provide guidance and support to the business pertaining to third party risk queries; and assist as needed for ad hoc projects.

Skills:

Works well autonomously and as part of a global team; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, excel, word); knowledge of Risk Management principles and ProcessUnity is a plus.

Education:

BS/BA required, preferably Business, Finance, or Risk Management, or Technology.
