Monitor and manage the Freshdesk inbox, which serves as the intake system for Recertification and renewal requests.
Prioritize and escalate tickets that require further action to Asana, our project management software.
Set up tasks in Asana for all new requests, including State exams, Agency audits, Compliance audits, Recertifications and Renewals, Warehouse Audits, Investor KYCs, etc.
Ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed within specified timelines.
Prepare and submit required documentation and responses for State exams, Recertifications, and other compliance-related processes once completed.
Assist in project management tasks to ensure projects stay on track and tasks are managed effectively, especially in the absence of the Third-Party Relationship Manager.
Take responsibility for understanding and documenting the full scope of requirements for all new product and investor applications.
Assist in the intake process and setting up training sessions for Designated Persons (DPAs) as applicable.
Support in managing documentation related to counterparties, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Need:
Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role, with exposure to vendor management, compliance, or project coordination is preferred.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Familiarity with mortgage process and mortgage documents is preferred.
Bachelor s degree in Business or related area preferred.
Experience with Venminder and/or Comergence is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is preferred.
