New Pune Public School is seeking a passionate and qualified TGT Hindi teacher for immediate joining. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over the Hindi language, a deep understanding of pedagogy, and a love for teaching middle and secondary school students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in alignment with the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through exams, assignments, and other assessment methods.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students participation and creativity.
- Conduct regular class tests, exams, and maintain records of students performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents about students progress and address their concerns.
- Participate in school activities, cultural events, and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff members for cross-curricular activities and continuous improvement of teaching standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hindi with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the middle or secondary school level, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and composition.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficient in using modern teaching aids, such as smart classes and educational software.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
