We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience teaching English to middle school students in the Indian job market context.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents
Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes
Participate in school events and professional development opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification
1-6 years of experience teaching English to middle school students in India
Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Familiarity with education technology and online learning platforms
