Job Description (JD)
- To conceptualize and design Soft Home Furnishing products like, Decorative Cushions, Bedspreads, Curtains, Throws, Table Linen etc. for exports.
- Work proficiently on computers to design and make CADS with Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Forecast colors, trends and designs for export markets. Create samples with tailors and other crafts persons
Desired candidate Profile
- Textile Design Graduates / Diploma from fashion institutes or National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
- Should be able to understand buyer s requirements, prepare samples / product development and ensure that it is done timely.
- Should be a good organizer, proactive willing team player having an eye for detail and an even temperament.
- Have good command in written and spoken English.
- Additional knowledge of Office applications like Excel, Word, Outlook will be welcome.
