Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 13-16 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in the Indian job market context. The candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques, and should be able to lead a team of testers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate testing issues and risks
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Execute and monitor test activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Provide regular test status updates to stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 13-16 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in the Indian job market context
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Experience in leading and managing a team of testers
- Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies, plans, and processes
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Experience in test automation and test management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ISTQB certification is a plus
