Testing Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Testing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 13-18 years of experience in the field, with expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies. The candidate should be well-versed in various testing frameworks and tools, and have a proven track record of leading successful testing projects. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as the Sr. Testing Lead will be responsible for managing a team of testers and collaborating with other departments to ensure the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications
• Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and mentoring as needed
• Collaborate with software developers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
• Develop and implement automated testing tools and frameworks
• Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets
• Provide regular reports on testing progress and results to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 13-18 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of various testing frameworks and tools
• Proven track record of leading successful testing projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
• Experience with programming languages such as Java and Python
• ISTQB or other software testing certifications are a plus
