Electrical Commissioning Engineer has the capability to implement a Testing and Commissioning Plan, Method Statements, Testing and Commissioning Procedures, Data Sheets, Testing Criteria, Testing and Commissioning Reports and/or validate or invalidate testing and commissioning results for this discipline.
The Electrical Commissioning Engineer will have complete understanding of codes and standards regarding Testing and Commissioning requirements for cabling, earthing/grounding, generators, HV/MV/LV Electrical Distribution systems and panels, transformers, UPS systems, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), lighting and lighting controls, batteries and charging systems, overcurrent protection devices, metering and relaying, power monitoring systems, energy management systems and other related electrical systems, controls and devices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Engineering in Electrical and Electronics with 8-10 years overall experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Testing & Commissioning of LV,MV,HV Switchgear, MCC etc
Testing & Commissioning of CT,VT, Circuit breaker, Motor etc
Testing & Commissioning of Transformers of various sizes
Transformer and switchgear healthiness assessment
Testing of LV, MV & HV cables
Relay Testing GE, Siemens, ABB, Schneider
Assume other duties as may be required from time to time.
Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000
Transportation, accommodation and food (on site only) will be provided by the company.
