Testing Analyst - Hybrid- coimbatore- India

Hybrid: Must - 3 Days in a week / 2 Days Remote

Work Location: Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Testing Analyst you will have strong test management experience, and demonstrate passionate and enthusiastic leadership of the testing activities at a project or program level.

You will be involved in the planning, monitoring and control of testing activities to a high standard of quality across single/multiple projects. This includes identifying the amount of effort, the levels and types of testing to be executed, driving program delivery to the Test Strategy and plans you have shaped; Designing and executing automation scripts advocating an automation first approach.

Plan and deliver activities to an exceptional quality, within highly complex environments and agreed timeframes.

Collect and assess metrics against projects and regularly report test progress across your engagements.

Preparing and Managing Test Plans, Test Cases, and summary reports

Develop and execute automated tests and performance scripts

Document and report progress, risks, issues, and defects

What about the tech stack & experience needed

Ideally 5+ years experience in Test Management/Test Consultant experience covering all areas of SDLC/STLC across multiple industries

Ability to perform a Test Process Optimisation (TPO) review when required, and presenting your findings and recommendations

Multiple years hands-on experience with implementing test tooling, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.

In-depth experience delivering, planning, developing, managing, and executing quality test automation solutions with tools such as UFT, QTP etc.

Experience creating tests from User stories and Business processes

Experience in API testing using SoapUI or Postman

A solid understanding of OOP development practices and demonstrable experience with Sybase, PowerBuilder, C# or similar

Experience in integrating Automated tests into CI and CD processes.

A good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, C#, JavaScript, and AJAX

Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions

Practical SQL and database experience

Experience working in Agile environment

Experience with version control systems such as GIT or SVN

Excellent relationship building and communication skills
