Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software testers, including performance reviews, career development,and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Test Planning and Strategy:
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Test Management Tools : JIRA with XRAY, Azure
- Test automation frameworks and tools : Cucumber, Robot Framework Selenium, Cypress
- Gen Ai Tools: Python, AI-ML/NLP, Langchain, Vector DB, RAG, Multi Agents, SQL DB
- Certification :ISTQB Test manager (Advance).
