Description:
- Candidate should have experience in Automotive Testing Domain
- Should coordinate with other functional teams to deliver products on time
- Need to work with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals
- Should have experience in Agile methodology and should be capable of managing large teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the team and guide the team to achieve goals
- Have experience in functional and non-functional testing at device and system level
- Have experience in the implementation of Testcases and automation systems
- Should have knowledge on automation and bus systems, embedded hardware, and software development, common standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ISO 14229)
- Work with all involved parties (Stakeholder, Developers etc.) to determine the appropriate software validation strategy
- Have experience of working in an internationally distributed team
- Experience in automotive safety-related standards, such as ASPICE
Mandatory To Have:
- Should have Automotive Tools working experience: CANoe, CANAlyzer, CANDiva, Vflash, Trace32 lauterbach, WINidea, XCP, A2L, vTeststudio, Teraterm
- Should be strong in Testing Fundamentals: Bug life cycles, Test Case Derive and Design, Script and Specs Reviews, Test Reports, Test Execution, Test closures.
- Knowledge of using HIL systems and tools, such as VTsystem and NI
- Knowledge of developing the test Rig (Building modification, electrical wiring, electronic control, test rig automation, vehicle simulation, etc.)
- Experience of using test tools: instrumentation for measurement and control (e.g., oscilloscope, power supply)
- Knowledge on vehicle/Testing log analysis
- Experience in Configuration management and Version management tools like PTC, Polarion, DOORS, SVN, IBM Synergy, JIRA, Confluence, GIT
- Knowledge on Change and Defect management
- Knowledge on (V&V design methodologies, CAN, UDS and CAPL)
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
