Test Lead Engineer

The Test Lead will perform manual and automation testing on all applications from the earliest opportunity with rigor and precision and before any application goes live with a client, Communicating all test issues effectively and executing procedures in order to arrive at the appropriate fix, Managing the daily workload of the team of Testers and giving directions on project, Taking ownership for system test activities and managing unit and integration testing in an AGILE environment, Responsibility for driving forward the company test strategy, Analysis and creation of formal documentation including project test plans, reports and proposals when necessary, Strong client relationship management skills, Strong planning and leadership skills, Test scripting and manual test execution, Mentoring fellow team members, reviewing test scripts, Defect management and reporting Communicating defect issues to PMO and back to client upon request, Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution, Schedule the tests for execution and then monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions, Formal documentation creation , Web application testing, Creation of an issues log and the maintenance of all issues related to the log from initiation to resolution, Defect management and reporting using Excel reporting on the types of defects, the cause and the severity of the defect, Strong SQL Server skills, SQL Server Management Studio experience, Strong analytical and business mind, AGILE & SCRUM experience, Excellent Communicator Should be able to interact with BA's, Developer's and PM's, etc, Adaptability as we are looking for someone that can shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly, Person should see the project from client's perspective and can stimulate discussion on project development,
