Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 11 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing test teams and guiding test strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating web application testing.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling test automation frameworks in complex environments.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Selenium, including advanced knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and JUnit (or equivalent test automation frameworks).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs, and experience with API testing.
- Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Process Knowledge:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and integration of testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
