We are seeking a motivated Testing Developer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing.
Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, QTP).- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
