Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Manual QA Tester Intern to help ensure the quality of our mobile apps and websites. This role will give you practical experience testing live applications, identifying issues, and working alongside talented developers to improve software performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manual testing of mobile apps and websites to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
Identify, document, and report bugs, issues, and discrepancies.
Create and execute test cases and scenarios for both mobile and web platforms.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and ensure timely resolution of bugs.
Provide feedback on UI/UX and app usability.
Participate in QA meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of mobile and web application functionality.
Knowledge of software testing methods and processes.
Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and various web browsers.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and follow testing instructions meticulously.
