A Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the testing processes to ensure the quality and functionality of software, hardware or systems. They play a crucial role in the development lifecycle by identifying and addressing defects before products reach the end users.

Mandatory Testing Experience - Manual & Automation
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies (SDLC & STLC) and process
- Proven hands-on in software testing experience and in agile methodology
- Understanding the requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Experience in creation of test plans, test scenarios, test cases/ checklist and test reports
- Experience with diff testing types like: Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, etc.
- Good exposure to test management tools like ALM, JIRA & TFS
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Must have basic knowledge of databases and should be able to write SQL queries
- Should have extensive experience with Bug life cycle and defect tracking
- Good communication skills (both verbal and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Basics of Automation testing is an added advantage
- Should have leadership skills to handle project individually
