Job Title: SQA Tech Lead
Job Description
- Should be strong in automation life cycle, planning and execution.
- Should be willing to perform 100% Individual contributor role.
- Should be willing to work in UK hours : 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST
- The role will provide opportunity to work in niche functional areas of Global Markets, Functional knowledge and experience in Capital markets and similar projects is highly desirable.
- Must have : Any one of the Automation Tools Renorex/Selenium, Robatic Test Automation using Python/API Testing, SQL Skills
- Must have : VB Script / Java script , Jira
- Nice to have : LoadRunner
- Should have good working experience in Agile Scrum and CI/CD based projects
- Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities.
- Should possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
Soft Skills
- Demonstrable ability in writing documents, emails in a clear and unambiguous way.
- Should have ability to articulate properly they work status, design of the module they are working on.
- Demonstrated history of being a team player who contributed to the development of team members and project features.
Ready to learn
- Candidate should either be well versed with SQL Queries or be willing to learn it in a short span of time. Required to learn any new automation tools based on application requirement.
Preferred Domain Knowledge
Experience in banking and financial services domain.
- Experience in securities lending, collateral management applications will be a big plus.
