Job Title: Territory Sales Officer (Wood-coating)

Job Summary: The Territory Sales Officer (TSO) for Woodcoating is responsible for driving sales and market share growth within an assigned geographical area. The TSO will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with distributors and retailers to ensure the promotion and sales of wood coating products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and end-users.
- Account Management:
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Promotion:
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to highlight the features and benefits of wood coating products.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to support the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the wood coating or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the wood coating market and products is a plus.
- Other: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
