Job Description

As a Territory Sales Officer in the footwear industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of our footwear products. This role involves developing relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients, as well as achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be expected to travel frequently to meet clients and conduct sales activities.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to the new as well as existing retailers/clients.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Track sales and status reports.
  • Stay updated on new products and services, and industry trends.
  • Educate clients about the features and benefits of the company's footwear products.
  • Process orders and handle paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the footwear industry.
  • Experience with managing sales activities in the field.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Extensive travel within the assigned territory.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on customer needs.
