We are seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our team. In this role you will be required to meet doctors in-person, propose Orange Health offering, prepare commercial proposals, and build long term relationships.
What will you get to do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
- Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, including regular communication, meetings, and presentations
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status to senior management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Skills we are looking for:Communication and interpersonal skills: Need good communication skills to be able to build long-standing and successful relationships with clients. Also should be able to adapt and develop solutions to client s needs with clear and decisive communication.
- Negotiation skills: Be tactful and hold the knowledge of when to compromise and when to offer firm solutions to persuade prospects.
- Research and strategy: To understand the needs and goals of clients, research the organisation, their pain points, their current providers
