Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager at Team Support Management in Bengaluru. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for daily tasks related to sales, customer service, training, and sales management within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in providing training to sales teams
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Important Note

• TSM should have a team of 10+ FSEs
• Team should have experience in GST shop onboarding (e.g., Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon, IndiaMART )
• Team should be capable of Complete daily targets
