We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Territory Sales Manager* to oversee our operations in the regions of *Moradabad, Rampur, Sambhal, Hapur, Amroha, and Bijnor* . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Team Leaders and Executives, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners to expand market reach and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM tools and MS Office to track performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales and team handling, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Local candidates are preferred.
