Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager , the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to maintain and develop sales within the artisan segment for a specific territory, in line with company sales policy. Develop introductions of new products and concepts to existing and new customers/accounts in order to grow the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage existing customers base and enlarge customers base through active prospection.
- Develop long-term partnership relations (internal and external). Therefore, inspire and coordinate teamwork with technical and marketing team (demonstrations ).
- Plan and organize daily activities for team according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.
- Reporting and MIS (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers product and service needs, competitive activities).
- Conduct regular reviews and sales meetings with respective teams.
- Good in man management and business development, and in effectively implementing strategies.
- Implementation of marketing plan in the area assigned.
Profile
- First successful commercial experience, preferably in the food or in B2B environment (animation of commercial network).
- Product and range knowledge (technical aspects).
- Good language knowledge. Good communicator.
- Independent. Persevering person, not afraid of prospecting.
- Enthusiast, dynamic, flexible and result oriented.
Required Competencies
- 4-6 ( CSTM)/ 5-7 ( Sr. CSTM) years in hard core sales
- Demonstrated knowledge of Value Based Selling.
- Working experience in the respective location / region
- Knowledge of local language
