Position Title: TSM - PP (Territory Sales Manager - Product Promotion)

Compensation Range: 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager (TSM) specializing in Product Promotion to join our team in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. This role involves driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote products within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve product promotion and sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Product Promotion: Implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase product visibility and market presence.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the assigned territory.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product development to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) and MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
