Role Overview: As the Territory Sales Manager, you will lead and scale our sales operations in
Bangalore, driving subscription revenue through plan sales across retail customers and MSMEs.
Your role includes building a high-performing team, executing winning strategies on field, and
ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to
create and implement robust business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Inspire, lead, and manage the Bangalore sales team to hit revenue targets.
Scale up the team by recruiting, training, and retaining top sales talent.
Provide on-the-job training and set clear targets with individual goal sheets.
Sales Strategy & Market Expertise:
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to Clinikk's plans for the Bangalore
market.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to guide strategic
decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops teams to refine offerings and business
plans.
Business Development & Relationship Management:
Forge strong relationships with key clients, MSMEs, and major associations.
Drive new business opportunities and expand Clinikk's presence across retail,
MSMEs, and associations.
Analytical & Decision-Making Skills:
Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune sales strategies and track performance.
Plan and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and profitability to meet business and
financial goals.
Communication & Presentation Skills:
Present complex information clearly and effectively to the Management, cross-
functional teams and the sales team.
Represent Clinikk at events, conferences, and client meetings.
Adaptability & Resilience:
Lead the team through market changes, adapting quickly to new challenges.
Maintain focus on goals despite setbacks, showing resilience and proactive problem-
solving.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in health insurance or financial services.
Proven success in B2C and MSME sales, with strong leadership and team management
skills.
Deep understanding of the Bangalore market, with proficiency in Kannada.
Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision-makingthis is crucial.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
