Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

  • Job Summary: Oculture seeks an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth. This role demands deep real estate industry knowledge and strong leadership skills.


  • Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and collaborations in the broker segment while building an industry network. Establish relationships with Real Estate Brokers to attract broker business and negotiate partnerships.



Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on local Real Estate trends, property values, and regulations.

Reporting and Analytics: Maintain records on broker business performance and analyze data for informed decisions.

  • Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2-3 years of Channel Development Manager experience in Real Estate. Preferably within the Gurgaon region.
  • 2. In-depth knowledge of local Real Estate and industry trends.
    • 3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


    • CTC: Reasonable Hike on current CTC + Incentives.
    Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday - Sunday being work from home)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 300,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
