Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and properties.

Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Showcase properties to clients and provide detailed information.

Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations.

Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.

Requirements:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum 3 months of experience in real estate sales.

Must have a valid driver's license and own a bike or Scooty for fieldwork.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Own laptop is preferred.

Proficient in using smartphone for sales activities.

Knowledge of B2B sales and the real estate industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
