Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest sports industry trends, including emerging technologies, players, and market dynamics.
- Analyze market potential and identify niche opportunities for business growth within the sports sector.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations, teams, athletes, sponsors, and relevant industry partners.
- Leverage your existing sports network to open doors and create new business collaborations.
Business Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify potential partners and clients, and create strategic plans to engage and convert them.
Partnerships and Sponsorships:
- Identify and negotiate partnership and sponsorship opportunities that enhance the company's brand visibility and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create compelling proposals for potential partners.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales efforts to secure new clients and partnerships within the sports sector.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective relationship management and deal closing.
Event and Campaign Participation:
- Participate in sports-related events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings and expand the network.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeting sports enthusiasts.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sports-related clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine business strategies and improve decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports outlining progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:

Salary: 30-35K + Incentives
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the sports industry.
- Strong passion for sports with an understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
- Established network and connections within the sports community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
