Senior Territory Sales Manager - Job Description
FACE Prep is an industry leader in Education Services and Skill Development. We serve educational institutions, corporate and students through a combination of classroom training, online platforms, and immersive content.
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented sales ninjas to join our dynamic tribe.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Own revenue and profitability targets for a sales cluster, maximizing growth opportunities
Drive product sales, market development, and competitor elimination
Conduct business intelligence and competitor mapping for product differentiation
Interact directly with top clients, nurture key accounts, and build relationships
Travel extensively within the territory to manage accounts and find new opportunities
Provide revenue forecast and explore additional revenue streams for growth
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed MBA degree
This will be an individual contributor role
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Passion for extensive travel within the territory
Strong convincing and negotiation skills for effective client engagement
Enthusiasm for marketing and business development, with a drive for new opportunities
Strong execution orientation to implement sales strategies and deliver results
Ownership and valid driving license for 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler vehicle (mandatory)
Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka & NCR
