Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the additive manufacturing sector.
Identify and prioritize key market segments and potential customers for additive manufacturing solutions, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotional materials, and presentations that showcase the benefits of our additive manufacturing solutions.
Lead the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale follow-up.
Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients regarding the application of additive manufacturing technology to their specific needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the additive manufacturing field.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, within the additive manufacturing or industrial machinery industry.
Must Haves:
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Experience with CRM software for managing sales activities and pipeline.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
