We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in the cookies segment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients in the FMCG sector, with a focus on cookies distribution.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and management as required.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure profitability while meeting customer expectations and market standards.
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and efficient order processing.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product performance to support decision-making and business planning.
Candidate Must Have Two Wheeler With Driving License.
10th,12th OR ANY Other Degree.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector with experience in selling cookies or similar products.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
