Conducting thorough market research to identify potential opportunities for real estate development or investment. This involves analyzing market trends, demographic data, economic indicators, and competitor activities to assess market demand and potential areas for expansion.
Generating leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, online marketing, and attending industry events. This involves identifying and qualifying potential buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and other stakeholders interested in real estate transactions.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, brokers, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry. This involves effective communication, networking, and regular follow-ups to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives.

Pay: 550,000.00 - 660,000.00 per year
