Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the customer and the company.
- Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the territory.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications And Skills
- Any bachelor's degree.
- 1 to 3 years experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Compensation package may include a base salary, PBIS, Travel allowance, bonuses, and other benefits based on performance.
