Job Description

  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment.
  • Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.
  • Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.
  • Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.
  • Ensure distributor compliance with SKF s policies, branding, etc

  • Developing and Leading sales teams (coaching / mentoring)
  • Business Acumen and Financial knowledge

  • Executive Communication (CXOs/Top Mgmt)
  • Interpersonal Relationships

  • Revenue and Margin achievement
  • Funnel management - hit rate (%)
  • Inorganic business growth through new products, offerings and customers
    (X% of Sales)
  • Collaborate across FVC
Education Experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering(Preferred Mechanical)
  • 5-8 years of industrial distribution sales
  • Preferred industry : Industrial segment
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
