Role Description
Dealer Identification:
Conduct market research and use own network to identify potential Farming dealers/
entrepreneurs within the taluka
Execute targeted campaigns and distribute promotional materials to attract potential franchisees
Dealer Onboarding:
Conduct initial meetings and presentations to educate potential franchisees about our model,
ROI, benefits, and partnership opportunities.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing dealer agreements
Onboard and launch the franchisee branch
Dealer Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer, providing ongoing support and guidance in
spare part supply, training, technology, machinery to ensure their success.
Monitor franchisee performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies
to optimize results.
Demand Generation for Dealer:
Engage with local farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and community stakeholders to find leads
who will be interested in availing our services
Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, roadshows, demos and community outreach
programs to create direct engagement opportunities with farmers
Drive lead generation through various channels, including telecalling, field activities, demos, etc
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, a knack for building strategic partnerships, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (3-6 years) in sales, business development, channel expansion or dealer
management, within agricultural industry (farm machinery, tractors, crop care, seeds, etc)
Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and technology, with the ability to effectively
communicate product benefits and features.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work independently with
minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with potential dealers and support existing ones.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
