Job Purpose:
The job purpose for a LAP sales manager's role in the banking sector would likely involve sourcing NTB customers for LAP lending. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers, including businesses and organizations in need of commercial vehicles.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Developing expertise in the features, specifications, and benefits of the commercial vehicles offered to effectively communicate with customers.
- Delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of the vehicles and address customer concerns.
- Negotiating terms of sale, including price, financing options, and additional services, to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Providing ongoing support and assistance to customers, including facilitating delivery, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduate.
Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in mortgage sales.
