Overview
The Territory Manager - Life Insurance plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the sales and distribution of life insurance products within a designated geographical region. They are responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents and brokers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Territory Manager is also tasked with strategic planning, team management, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
To recruit Business Mentors (BMs) and assist them in accomplishing desired targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for life insurance products.
- Manage and motivate a team of insurance agents and brokers to drive sales and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, agents, and brokers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to agents and brokers to ensure their product knowledge and sales skills are up to date.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements : Min. 3-4 years of experience in Agency Life insurance channel; Doing a Business of 30-40 Lakhs in a Year; Incentive Earning should be more than 2 Lakhs in last 1 year
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance sales and distribution, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and brokers.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and performance analysis.
- Relevant insurance certifications and licenses.

- Must Have agency channel Life Insurance experience (3 yrs)
