Job Description

The ideal candidate will guide the organization's sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. This candidate should have an ability to understand customers needs in a given territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area.

Candidate from Switches/Switch gear company will be preferred.

Responsibilities

To visit State and Central Government departments in NCR to pitch all product range
To visit Commercial Segment (IT/ITES/MWS/Healthcare/Educational) in NCR to promote all product range
To visit contractors (Government and Private Segments) regularly to develop rapport to increase probability ofwining orders
To organize Factory visits of top Customers to take into Goldmedal fold
Onboarding and managing Project Channel partners
Good interpersonal & communication skills

Qualifications & Required profile

Qualification: Diploma/Graduate /MBA

Profile: Experience of promoting/selling Electrical Products in B2B Segments: Wires/Cables/ProfessionalLighting/Switches/Switch gear/Fans

Customer Base: Government Segment, Commercial Segment, Contractors, Industry, EPC, Electrical Consultants,PMC

Area to Cover: Bangalore and Surroundings

Desired Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience

Target CTC: 6L - 10L
