Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop and execute sales strategy in line with mid to long term business goals.

Drive sales by executing Break Out growth Strategy

Develop and execute channel capability and competency actions and program to support business.

Enable business with DBSS.

Develop and execute secondary channel engagement plan to improve reach and extraction.

Develop and execute program and action to improve engagement and preference of MGSP by

aftermarket mechanics

Create market communication strategy.

Any Additional Knowledge

Proficient in data analysis and analytics

Vendor management capability such as creative agencies, IT vendor, Loyalty program vendors etc.

Education Qualification

MBA preferred; Bachelor of Engineering/Btech.

General Experience

6-10 years

Systems/ SAP Knowledge

Proficient in Excel, MS office

Proficient in Power BI

Understanding of Channel DBMS, Mobile technology, Web technology
