Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee terminal construction and expansion projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies
Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and quality control measures
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Qualifications
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
Certification Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
LEED Accreditation (preferred)
