Job Description
- Opportunity Identification: Actively seek and identify potential tendering opportunities while ensuring error-free preparation and submission of all bids.
- Vendor Registration: Ensure timely vendor registration on government portals and maintain regular follow-ups related to tendering processes.
- Tender Submission Oversight: Monitor the tender submission process to ensure adherence to guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Bid Document Management: Coordinate and compile all bid submission documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy while adhering to customer timelines.
- Commercial Review: Evaluate the commercial aspects of bids, communicating any changes in requirements promptly.
- Tender Record Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive record of all tenders and bids, tracking their outcomes and statuses.
- Data Management: Oversee the Central Data Library and coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure accurate data handling.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze previous bids, conduct competitor analysis, and develop market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Financial Management: Coordinate and compile data related to Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), ensuring timely follow-ups on refunds.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure timely delivery to improve Government eMarketplace (GeM) ratings.
- Follow-Up Monitoring: Regularly monitor and follow up on Bank Guarantees (BG) and PBG submissions and collections.
Job Specification
- Experience in product uploading, bidding, and pricing on the Govt portal
- Good knowledge of Government E-Marketplace / various state & central public procurement portals.
- Good Technical and Commercial evaluation skills.
- Good Analytical & Negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the GFR rules and government procurement policies.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in tender management and bid preparation on both GeM & CPP Portals.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and government portals.
Experience:
Total Experience ranging between 8-12 yrs
(Minimum 3 years experience in IVD / Biomedical / Medical Device Industry)

- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to make MIS reports.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office
