Key Responsibilities:- Tender Preparation: Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.
- Bid Strategy: Develop and implement bid strategies in collaboration with senior management to enhance win rates.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) to compile required documents and pricing for tenders.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify potential risks in tenders and ensure compliance with legal, financial, and company policies.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the tender process, addressing queries and clarifications.
- Costing & Pricing: Develop competitive pricing strategies in coordination with finance and project teams.
- Post-Tender Management: Track tender outcomes, engage in follow-up discussions, and support negotiation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in tendering or bid management, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
