Roles and Responsibilities
1 Online Registration of our company on PSU websites & ensure activities required for vendor registration process
2 Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts/government tender which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
3 Preparation of documents related to Government tenders
4 Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle including (Tender Submission, Letter of Acceptance , PO Receipt, Inspection Call, Inspection Certificate, Dispatch Documents, Receipt Note & Payment Collection)
5 Conducting and preparation of market research reports (Competitors Capability Analysis) for communication in Governmental organizations.
6 To produce exceptional quality tender submissions, tailored to the requirements of each individual client, producing the best possible bid for the company.
7 Visit at customer end for attending & resolving queries
