The Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for our organization dealing into electrical products ranging from medium voltage switchgear, Low voltage switchgear, wires-cables & various lighting solutions. They will work closely with various teams, including sales, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure that tender submissions are prepared accurately and on time. The Tender Executive should be able to identify new business opportunities and engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements. They should be able to maintain proper record in CRM. They will be responsible for compiling data from various sales team into the CRM & creating various reports.
Manage the entire tendering process, including identifying new opportunities, preparing tender documents, and submitting proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
Develop a deep understanding of the client's requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities in the tendering process.
Prepare and submit pre-qualification documents as required.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss their requirements and provide support in negotiating terms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
Participate in industry events to stay up to date with market trends and developments.
Should be able to give presentation & handle corporate marketing related responsibility in the organization.
Should be able to handle CRM software & can consolidate data across various channels related to sales, tenders & other customer information's.
Should be aware of electrical product line.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, BE/BTECH or MBA Marketing.
Graduate In Any Discipline/GEM & E Manak Portal Knowledge Get Preference.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
