Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Manager at Jost's Engineering Company Limited located in Thane. As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the tender process and ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and meet the required quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather all necessary information, analyze bids, negotiate contracts, and develop winning strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and keeping abreast of market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing the tender process and preparing bids
• Strong knowledge of tendering regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of the material handling equipment industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and any local language is required
